Whistleblower system
Quoniam has implemented a whistleblower system to which both employees and third parties (e.g. customers, suppliers, external employees) can turn if they have suspicions of criminal acts or other irregularities that could lead to damage to Quoniam’s reputation or assets. The procedure ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower. As a result of using the whistleblowing system, the whistleblower does not have to fear any negative consequences, except in the case of demonstrably intentional misuse of the whistleblowing system.

You also have the option of contacting our internal or external ombudsman. You will not incur any costs by contacting us. As far as the facts of the case allow, you will be informed about the progress of the matter.
